Shipping operator is German Post / DHL

Within Germany
Standard delivery within Germany via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Cash Advance (CA).

Companies and public services may order via invoice.

Outside Germany
Delivery outside Germany via Cash Advance (CA) only.
 

Postage Cost

Within Germany
Postage & Packaging within Germany is free.

Outside Germany and within the European Union (EU)
For destinations outside Germany, but within the European Union (EU) the actual postage & packaging is added to the price stated on these websites.

Outside European Union (EU)
For destinations outside EU the actual postage & packaging plus €30.00 is added to the price stated on these websites.

USB-Stick

The additionally required USB-Stick can be purchased in our shop.

For shipping within the EU prices on these web sites given in EURO (€) the VAT (currently 19%, as by 5.2011, Germany) has to be added.
